✅ Qualifications:

External Candidates:

• G.C.E. (O/L): Six subjects passed at one sitting with credit passes in:
  • Sinhala / Tamil
  • English Language
  • Mathematics
• G.C.E. (A/L): Three subjects passed (excluding the General Paper).

Internal Candidates:

• Employees in Primary Level (Skilled/Unskilled) category with:
• Same G.C.E. (O/L) qualifications as above.
• Minimum of 5 years of satisfactory permanent service.

💵 Salary:

• MA 1-1-2025: Rs. 46,220 – 83,390 (plus applicable allowances)

🕑 Age:

• 18 to 45 years
• No upper age limit for internal candidates

🔹 2. Director (Administration & Finance)

✅ Qualifications:

External Candidates:

1. Bachelor’s degree + Postgraduate degree or Chartered Professional Membership + 15 years of managerial experience
2. Full Chartered Professional Membership relevant to the post + 15 years managerial experience
3. SLAS Class I Officer + relevant academic qualifications

Internal Candidates:

1. Same qualifications as above
2. Minimum 5 years satisfactory service in MM Grade I post

💵 Salary:

• HM 1-1-2025: Rs. 140,640 – Rs. 202,140 (plus approved allowances)

🕑 Age:

• 35 to 55 years
• No upper age limit for internal candidates
