Sri Lanka Teachers' Service Grade 3-I(a)

The Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education has released the lists of applicants qualified to be called for interviews for the recruitment of graduates to Grade 3-I(a) of the Sri Lanka Teachers' Service – 2026.

The recruitment covers Sinhala, Tamil and English medium teacher requirements in National and Provincial Schools throughout Sri Lanka.

2. Choose Limited Exam – A Series or Open Exam – B Series.
3. Choose your language medium – English, Sinhala or Tamil.
4. Open the relevant PDF.
5. Use the PDF Find/Search option.
6. Search using your Name, NIC Number or Examination Index Number where available.

• Carefully check your name, NIC number, examination index number, subject and medium.
• Read all official G1, G2 and F1 instructions before attending the interview.
• Keep your original degree and relevant educational certificates ready.
• Follow the date, time and venue stated in your official interview notice or calling letter.

Inclusion in the interview list does not automatically constitute a final teaching appointment. Final selection remains subject to verification of qualifications and completion of the official recruitment process.

The A-series represents province-wise lists under the Limited Competitive Examination.

What are B1(i) to B9(i)?

The B(i)-series contains province-wise lists under the Open Competitive Examination.

Where published, B(ii) is the separate Permanent Disability category under the Open Competitive Examination.
