Qualifications and Experience

1. Assistant General Manager (Legal)

• Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and Notary Public.
• Master's Degree in Law from a UGC-recognized university.
• At least 15 years of post-qualifying experience, including five years in a managerial capacity at a CBSL-regulated financial institution.
• Experience in litigation, debt recovery, banking legal documentation and regulatory compliance.

2. Secretary to the Board of Directors

• Attorney-at-Law or membership of one of the specified professional accounting or corporate secretarial bodies.
• Master's Degree in Law, Business Administration or a relevant field.
• At least 15 years of post-qualifying experience, including 10 years in the Board Secretariat of a CBSL-regulated financial institution.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, company law and Board procedures.

3. Assistant General Manager (Compliance)

• Relevant bachelor's degree, Attorney-at-Law qualification or specified professional membership.
• Relevant master's degree in Law, Banking, Finance or Business Administration.
• 15 years of experience in a CBSL-regulated financial institution, including 10 years of managerial experience in compliance.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT, banking regulations and compliance management.

4. Assistant General Manager (IT)

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Relevant master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 15 years of IT experience, including five years in a managerial capacity within a CBSL-regulated financial institution.
• Experience in cybersecurity, core banking systems and digital transformation.

5. Assistant General Manager (Research, Strategic Planning & Business Intelligence)

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics or another relevant discipline.
• Relevant master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Strategic Management.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

1. Manager – Planning

• Specified professional accounting membership; or a relevant bachelor's degree with the required professional examination qualifications.
• Minimum five years of finance department experience.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, planning and performance analysis.

2. Executive – Finance

• Specified professional accounting membership; or relevant bachelor's degree with required professional examination qualifications.
• Minimum two years of finance department experience.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards, reconciliation and financial analysis.

3. Senior Manager – Compliance

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Risk Management or Public Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of banking operations experience in a CBSL-regulated bank.
• Strong compliance assessment, analytical and reporting skills.

4. Manager – Compliance

• Relevant bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Risk Management or Public Administration.
• Minimum eight years of banking operations, finance or treasury experience in a CBSL-regulated bank.
