💼 Job Duties & Responsibilities

As a Management Service Officer, selected candidates will be responsible for various administrative and clerical duties, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining official records, documents, and files.
• Handling public inquiries and front-office responsibilities.
• Managing databases, registries, and confidential files.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the department/ministry assigned.
• Following circulars, regulations, and administrative procedures accurately.

💰 Salary Scale

The monthly salary is provided as per the MN-1-2016 salary scale: Rs. 27,140 - 10x300 / 11x350 / 10x495 / 10x660 – Rs. 45,540. This includes annual increments and other government-approved allowances.

📚 Examination Structure

The exam will consist of the following papers:

• 1. Language Proficiency (Sinhala/Tamil/English) – 100 Marks
• 2. Mathematics and Logical Reasoning – 100 Marks
• 3. General Knowledge & IQ – 100 Marks

All papers are of the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type. A minimum of 40% in each paper is required to qualify.
