O/L: 6 subjects in one sitting with 5 “B”s (Maths + Main Language) + “C” in English
A/L: 3 “B”s (any stream) in one sitting
Age: 18–22 years (DOB between 24.05.2003 – 23.05.2007)

🧠 Selection Process:

Written exam (3 papers: Intelligence, Numbers, Comprehension)
Medium: Sinhala, Tamil or English (chosen in form)
Interviews for shortlisted candidates

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Allowance: Rs. 65,000/month for 2 years training
After training: Permanent post + pension + ETF + loans + promotions
