About the Role:
The Bank of Ceylon (BOC), Sri Lanka’s premier state-owned bank under the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the post of Deputy General Manager (Transformation and HR Strategy). This executive-level position plays a crucial role in driving organizational transformation and leading strategic human resource initiatives aligned with modern banking standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A recognized degree in HRM, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience, including senior managerial roles in HR, Strategy, or Transformation in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and HR innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement HR strategies to support the Bank's transformation journey.
- Drive policy development, employee engagement, performance management, and digital HR initiatives.
