We are looking for dynamic individuals to join a leading private sector bank in Sri Lanka as an Agriculture Officer.

📌 Job Role

Build relationships with agribusiness clients
Support Microfinance & SME portfolios
Achieve business growth targets

📋 Responsibilities

Promote agriculture-related financial services
Conduct field visits and client evaluations
Identify new business opportunities
Assist in loan processing and monitoring

🎓 Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in Agriculture
HNDT / NVQ Level 5 accepted
Banking/Finance knowledge is an advantage

👤 Requirements

Below 30 years
Minimum 2 years experience
Valid driving license
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
