📌 Internship Details

• Encourage customers to use digital banking channels.
• Support branch staff in promoting digital banking services.
• Support branch operations related to Digital Banking services and customer onboarding.
• Guide customers on Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, ATMs and QR payments.
• Assist customers with registration and basic login-related matters.
• Identify and report digital banking-related issues and customer complaints.
• Assist in ensuring digital banking kiosks and devices are functioning properly.

• Applicants should be below 23 years of age.
• Minimum 05 Credit Passes at G.C.E. O/L, Edexcel or Cambridge O/L, including English and Mathematics.
• Minimum 03 Passes at G.C.E. A/L, Edexcel or Cambridge A/L, excluding General English.
• Candidates awaiting A/L results in Local, Edexcel or Cambridge examinations are also encouraged to apply.
• Part qualifications in a degree or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should possess good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
