- Sports and extracurricular achievements are an advantage.
- Age below 27 years.
- Willingness to work anywhere in Sri Lanka.
Training & Career Opportunities
Selected candidates will complete a two-year on-the-job training programme with exposure to banking operations. Successful trainees meeting the Bank's performance standards may be absorbed into its Executive Grade.
