The Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education has officially issued Gazette Extraordinary No. 2474/18 dated 02 February 2026 calling applications for the Competitive Examination for Recruitment of Graduate Officers in the Public Service to fill Sinhala, Tamil and English medium teacher vacancies in National and Provincial Schools under the Sri Lanka Teachers’ Service. Recruitment will be carried out strictly based on school-level vacancies and subject requirements.
