💼 Job Profile
- Take a leading role in implementing modern technologies for centralized database infrastructure.
- Evaluate and recommend database technologies to meet business requirements.
- Implement security and audit requirements according to ISO27001 and PCIDSS standards.
- Ensure database security including access control, encryption and auditing.
- Perform database analysis, consolidation, performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Identify root causes of database system issues and provide effective solutions.
🎓 Applicant Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science recognized by UGC.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Database Administrator in a Datacenter.
- Certification in Microsoft SQL Server Administration or other DBMS (DB2, PostgreSQL etc.).
- VMware or Nutanix certification is an added advantage.
- Strong project management and problem solving skills.
- Experience with AI tools and database AI adoption strategies will be advantageous.
