Office Assistant Service – KKS
Age: 18–45 years
Qualification: Passed six subjects at the G.C.E. O/L Examination with at least two Credit Passes in not more than two sittings. Five subjects must have been passed in one sitting.
Salary Scale: Rs. 40,000 – 61,880
Selection: Structured interview
Work / Field Labourer
Age: 18–45 years
Qualification: Passed Grade 8, also referred to as Year 9 in the advertisement.
Salary Scale: Rs. 40,000 – 61,880
Selection: Structured interview
Tree Cutter, Attendant and Other Field Posts
Included Posts: Tree Cutter, Attendant, Cemetery Caretaker, Laboratory Worker (Assistant), Dogs Seizer and Field Work Assistant.
Age: 18–45 years
Qualification: Passed six subjects at the G.C.E. O/L Examination with at least two Credit Passes in not more than two sittings. Five subjects must have been passed in one sitting.
Salary Scale: Rs. 40,000 – 61,880
Selection: Structured interview
Sports Coach Grade III
Age: 18–25 years
Education: G.C.E. O/L with the required Credit Passes and at least one subject passed at G.C.E. A/L, excluding General Knowledge.
Professional Qualification: Relevant sports diploma, national or international coaching, umpiring or recognized sports representation qualifications as stated in the official notice.
Experience: Minimum two years as a sports coach or instructor at school or sports-club level.
Salary Scale: Rs. 45,230 – 78,360
Examination Fee: Rs. 500
Motor Vehicle Driver Grade III
Age: 18–45 years, subject to the exception stated for certain permanent Western Provincial Public Service employees.
Education: Six G.C.E. O/L subjects, including Sinhala or Tamil Language, with at least two Credit Passes in not more than two sittings.
Experience: Minimum three years of driving experience after obtaining the relevant driving licence, supported by documentary evidence.
Physical Requirement: Minimum height of five feet, good eyesight and fitness for day and night duties.
Salary Scale: Rs. 42,780 – 66,540
Selection: Professional test and general interview
Security Guard Grade III
Age: 18–45 years
Education: Passed six subjects at G.C.E. O/L with at least two Credit Passes in not more than two sittings.
Male Applicants: Minimum height of 5 feet 3 inches and chest measurement of at least 32 inches upon exhalation.
Female Applicants: Minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches.
Salary Scale: Rs. 41,800 – 65,560
Examination Fee: Rs. 500
