Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Contact Center Intern. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a modern and professional call center environment using the latest telecommunication technologies.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• G.C.E. (O/L) with 06 passes including 03 credits (Languages & Maths)
• OR London O/L with 06 passes including Maths & English in one sitting
• OR 03 passes in G.C.E. (A/L) or London (A/L) in one sitting
• Strong computer literacy is mandatory
• Excellent verbal communication in Sinhala, Tamil and English (minimum 02 languages)
• Age below 30 years
