Sri Lanka Foundation Vacancies 2026 – Hostels and Catering Manager (MM 1-1)

Sri Lanka Foundation Institute invites applications from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the post of Hostels and Catering Manager (MM 1-1). This is a permanent government job with attractive salary and benefits.

Salary Scale

MM 1-1 – 2025 : Rs. 91,690 – 10 x 2,480 – 15 x 3,450 = Rs. 168,240

Age Limit

22 – 45 years

Educational Qualifications

Special Degree in Management / Business Management or any relevant Bachelor’s Degree recognized by UGC + 1 year experience
OR Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional chartered institute + 1 year experience

Internal Candidates

Having above external qualifications OR
Minimum 5 years satisfactory service in Junior Manager (JM) category

Job Responsibilities

Organize training programs
Prepare annual logistic plans
Monitor logistic arrangements
Supervise kitchen and hostels

Written Competitive Exam + Interview OR
Structured Interview only
