The selected candidate will drive regional leasing targets, expand business, and ensure efficient collections while strengthening client engagement.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years experience in the banking sector
• Exposure to leasing, marketing & sales
• Sound knowledge of leasing & lending products
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Professional or part professional qualification (advantage)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop & implement regional sales strategies
• Identify new leasing business opportunities
• Achieve individual sales & profitability targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Implement retention strategies
• Conduct field visits for debt recovery
• Coordinate with branches for legal file processing
