Eligibility / Qualifications
- Minimum 5–6 years experience in the banking sector
- Exposure to leasing, marketing & sales
- Sound knowledge of leasing & lending products
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Professional or part professional qualification (advantage)

- Develop & implement regional sales strategies
- Identify new leasing business opportunities
- Achieve individual sales & profitability targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Implement retention strategies
- Conduct field visits for debt recovery
- Coordinate with branches for legal file processing
