📝 Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hospitals to identify participants
- Collect data on eligible newborn-mother pairs
- Complete hospital data extraction forms
- Conduct weekly interviewer questionnaires
- Interview Nursing Officer in charge
- Support data entry and management
🎓 Qualifications
- Pre-intern medical graduate with MBBS
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel)
- Research experience preferred
- Good English & Sinhala/Tamil
- Good communication skills
- Residing close to hospital preferred
