People’s Bank Business Development Manager Vacancy 2026
People’s Bank Sri Lanka, a leading state-owned commercial bank, invites applications from experienced professionals for the post of Business Development Manager – Merchant Acquiring. This senior role supports national digital payment initiatives including POS, e-commerce, and Lanka-QR.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management (UGC recognized)
- Minimum 15 years experience in Financial Services
- At least 10 years in Cards, Payments, Digital Banking or Merchant Acquiring
- Minimum 3 years in Assistant Manager or Manager role
- Strong exposure to POS, IPG, QR & Government Digital Initiatives
