The Health System Enhancement Project (HSEP) under the Ministry of Health & Mass Media has released new government job vacancies for 2026. Applications are invited for the positions of Project Coordinator and Management Assistant on a full-time contract basis. This project is funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Project Coordinator Qualifications
Applicants should possess one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in the relevant field with minimum 2 years experience.
- NVQ Level 7 qualification accepted by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission with minimum 2 years experience.
- NVQ Level 6 qualification with minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field.
- NVQ Level 5 qualification with minimum 8 years experience in the relevant specialization.
Salary Scale: Category F according to Management Circular No. 02/2026 dated 28.03.2026.
Management Assistant Qualifications
- Passed GCE O/L and GCE A/L examinations.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of office software packages.
- Good English communication skills.
- Previous working experience in similar projects will be an added qualification.
Salary Scale: As per Public Administration Circular No. 10/2025 dated 25.03.2025.

About the HSEP Project
The Health System Enhancement Project (HSEP) is a major healthcare development initiative implemented under the Ministry of Health & Mass Media with financial assistance from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
