Educational Qualifications
- Degree from a recognized university in Computer Science, Cyber Security or a relevant field.
- Professional certification in at least two relevant Information Security disciplines.
- Relevant certifications may include CHFI, CISSP, OSCP, CEH, PenTest+, CompTIA CySA+ or GIAC GISP.
- A Master's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related field will be an added advantage.
Work Experience Required
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the IT field.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in threat hunting, digital forensics and incident response.
- Relevant experience within a banking or financial institution is required.
- At least 3+ years at managerial level leading threat hunting, forensic investigations or advanced incident-response functions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Bank-wide threat analysis and proactive threat-hunting activities.
- Identify emerging cyber threats and coordinate appropriate remediation actions.
- Provide information security guidance for systems, applications and infrastructure changes.
- Oversee technical preventive and detective security controls.
- Support security audits, security assessments and vulnerability-management activities.
- Oversee the Bank's forensic and security laboratory environment.
- Evaluate relevant security technologies and tools.
- Prepare cyber-risk, forensic investigation and security performance reports.
- Maintain accurate security dashboards, documentation and operational metrics.
- Lead, mentor and develop threat-hunting and forensic-analysis teams.
