The selected candidate will enhance customer journeys across alternate banking channels by driving customer-focused improvements, automation initiatives, and innovative solutions.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Improve customer experiences across mobile & internet banking, self-service machines, chatbots, IVR, and digital platforms.
- Analyze customer journeys and data to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Support automation of manual processes using workflow and digital tools.
- Assist in piloting innovative digital solutions and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Collaborate with Digital Banking, Operations, IT Risk, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
- Support project testing, rollouts, and performance reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- Knowledge of digital banking, customer experience, and alternate channels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Experience with automation tools, CX analytics, or workflow tools is an advantage.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in digital banking, CX, automation, or related areas.
- Professional certifications in Digital Banking, CX, or Process Improvement will be an added advantage.
