Job Overview
Cargills Bank PLC is inviting applications for the post of Banking Assistant – IT Operations. The selected candidate will support IT infrastructure, system operations, and service desk activities of the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-user IT equipment and network connectivity.
- Support IT services for branches and expansions.
- Maintain software and IT infrastructure operations.
- Assist data center, backup, and system monitoring tasks.
- Provide service desk support and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate hardware repairs and vendor support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT / Networking / Infrastructure.
- HND or Degree in Information Technology.
- Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
