Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in banking core processes and credit-related functions.
• Part qualification in Banking & Finance (IABF) is an added advantage.
• Strong credit knowledge and familiarity with core banking systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to plan, implement and innovate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify employment and salary details via telephone and email.
• Accurately enter and validate borrower data in core banking systems.
• Prepare personal and mortgage loan offer letters.
• Maintain Excel dashboards and management reports.
• Supervise FTC staff for improved efficiency.
