PFS Underwriting – Retail Loans Department | Colombo
DFCC Bank PLC invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Senior Banking Assistant – PFS Underwriting (Retail Loans Department).
Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in banking core processes and credit-related functions.
- Part qualification in Banking & Finance (IABF) is an added advantage.
- Strong credit knowledge and familiarity with core banking systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to plan, implement and innovate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify employment and salary details via telephone and email.
- Accurately enter and validate borrower data in core banking systems.
- Prepare personal and mortgage loan offer letters.
- Maintain Excel dashboards and management reports.
- Supervise FTC staff for improved efficiency.
