The Board of Investment of Sri Lanka (BOI) has invited applications from suitably qualified Sri Lankan citizens for Management Assistant – MA 1-2 – Grade III vacancies in 2026. Educational Qualifications

Applicants should have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination:

• Six subjects in one sitting.
• Credit passes in at least four subjects.
• The credit-pass subjects must include Sinhala/Tamil.
• A credit pass in English Language.
• A credit pass in Mathematics.

Applicants should also have passed three subjects at the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination, excluding the General Paper.

Computer Qualification

Candidates must have successfully completed a Computer Applications course of not less than six months recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.

Age Limit

Applicants should be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years of age as at the closing date of applications.

Method of Recruitment

Recruitment to the Management Assistant MA 1-2 Grade III posts will be based on a written competitive examination and a structured interview.

Candidates up to three times the number of available vacancies will be called for the structured interview according to the order of merit determined by marks obtained at the written examination.
