Gazette Publication Schedule
The Official Gazette of Sri Lanka is published in the first week of each month. All notices must be submitted two weeks prior to the publication date.
⚠️ Upcoming Deadline
Notices for the Gazette published on February 27, 2026 must reach the Government Printer by 12:00 noon on Friday, February 13, 2026.
Electronic Transactions Act
According to Section 9 of the Electronic Transactions Act No. 19 of 2006, any notice, rule, regulation, or order required to be published in the Gazette shall be considered duly published if it appears in an Electronic Gazette.
