The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development has officially released the Sri Lanka Customs Assistant Superintendent Open Competitive Examination 2026 Gazette Notification. Applications are invited from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for recruitment to the post of Assistant Superintendent of Customs – Grade II.

Educational Qualifications

• Applicants must possess a recognized degree from a university approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
• Degree duration must be at least 3 years.
• Applicants must have:
  • Credit Pass for English at G.C.E O/L OR
  • Ordinary Pass for English at G.C.E A/L

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Applicants must be born between 1991.06.08 and 2005.06.08.

Physical Requirements

Male Applicants

• Minimum Height: 5 Feet 5 Inches
• Chest: Minimum 33 Inches (Expanded)

Female Applicants

• Minimum Height: 5 Feet 3 Inches

Applicants must obtain at least 50% marks from each paper to qualify.
