Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for several vacancies available at Sri Lanka Climate Fund (Pvt) Ltd, a government-owned company in Sri Lanka.

Executive Posts – Qualifications
The following qualification requirements apply to the Verification Executive, Quality Executive and Project Executive positions.
A degree recognized by the University Grants Commission in Physical Science, Biological Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environment-Friendly Business Management, Agriculture or another subject relevant to the position.
An NVQ qualification of not less than Level 7 in a relevant field from an institution recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.
NVQ Level 6 or above in a relevant field together with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience at managerial level in a government, corporation, board, statutory institution or recognized private-sector organization.
NVQ Level 5 or above in a relevant field together with a minimum of 10 years' post-qualification managerial-level experience in an eligible organization.
Executive Posts – Age & Salary
Age: 22 – 45 years
Salary Code: JM 1-1 – 2025
Salary Scale: Rs. 72,650 – 122,970
Allowances: Approved allowances are also applicable.
Management Assistant (Non-Technical) – Qualifications
G.C.E. Ordinary Level
Candidates should have passed six subjects in one sitting with credit passes for four subjects, including:
- Sinhala / Tamil
- Mathematics
- English Language
G.C.E. Advanced Level
Candidates must have passed at least three subjects at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination, excluding the General Test.
Management Assistant – Age & Salary
Age: 18 – 45 years
Salary Code: MA 1-2 – 2025
Salary Scale: Rs. 46,220 – 84,350
Allowances: Approved allowances are applicable.
General Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka.
- Applicants should be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the position and serve anywhere in Sri Lanka.
- Applicants should possess excellent character.
- All required qualifications must have been completed by the application date.
- Candidates applying for more than one position must submit separate applications for each position.
Nature of Appointment
Appointments will be permanent, subject to a three-year probationary period. Employees will also be entitled to EPF and ETF benefits according to the applicable conditions.
