- Qualifications:
Option 1: Degree (Accounting / Commerce / Business) + 1 year managerial experience
Option 2: Professional qualification + 1 year experience
- Written Exam: Language + Aptitude
- Minimum 40% per subject, 50% overall

- Education – 30
- Skills – 15
- Interview – 25
- 3 years probation
- EPF/ETF entitled
