Job Position Details

Educational Qualifications

Applicants applying as external candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Public Administration, Commerce, Public Management, or another relevant discipline recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka.

Additionally, candidates should possess either a postgraduate qualification such as a Master’s Degree in a relevant field or associate membership from a recognized professional Chartered Institute relevant to management or administration.

Experience Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of thirteen (13) years of managerial-level experience in a corporation, statutory board, government institution, or reputed private organization. Experience in Human Resource Management will be considered a strong advantage during the selection process.

Internal Candidate Eligibility

• Must fulfill external qualification requirements.
• Minimum three years satisfactory service in Manager Category Grade I.
• Completion of Efficiency Bar Examination.

Salary and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive an attractive government salary package under HM 1-2 salary scale along with several additional benefits.
