MSO Grade III Efficiency Bar Exam 2026 – Eastern Province

The Provincial Public Service Commission of the Eastern Province has officially announced the Efficiency Bar Examination 2026 for officers in Grade III of the Eastern Provincial Public Management Service Officers’ Service (MSO). This compulsory examination is conducted in collaboration with the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka.

Eligible officers must submit their applications online only through the official Department of Examinations portal within the specified application period. Incomplete, late, or incorrectly submitted applications will be rejected without notice.

Qualifications

• Must be a Management Service Officer (MSO) – Grade III
• Must serve under the Eastern Provincial Public Service
• Must be eligible according to service minute rules
• Only one application is allowed
• All personal and service details must be accurate

3. Select Recruitment Exams / EB Exams
4. Click Apply for Exams
5. Log in using NIC and Mobile Number / Email
6. Complete OTP verification
7. Fill the application in English only
8. Submit online and pay fee (if applicable)
9. Download & print the application
10. Get certification from Head of Department
11. Send by Registered Post to:
    Secretary, Provincial Public Service Commission, Eastern Province, Trincomalee
