Job Description

MSO Grade III Efficiency Bar Exam 2026 – Eastern Province

The Provincial Public Service Commission of the Eastern Province has officially announced the Efficiency Bar Examination 2026 for officers in Grade III of the Eastern Provincial Public Management Service Officers’ Service (MSO). This compulsory examination is conducted in collaboration with the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka.

Eligible officers must submit their applications online only through the official Department of Examinations portal within the specified application period. Incomplete, late, or incorrectly submitted applications will be rejected without notice.

First Efficiency Bar Examination for Officers in Grade III of the Management Service Officers' Service - 2026

It is hereby notified that the First Efficiency Bar Examination for officers in Grade III of the Management Service Officers' Service will be held in April 2026

Applications must be submitted online through the Department of Examinations website www.doenets.lk under "Online Applications - Recruitment Exams/EB Exams

Application Period: From 9:00 AM on 12.01.2026 to 9:00 PM on 09.02.2026.
Submission: A printed copy of the online application, certified by the Head of Institution, must be sent via registered post to: Secretary, Provincial Public Service Commission, Eastern Province, Kanniya Road, Varothayanagar, Trincomalee
Examination Fee: Free for the first attempt. Subsequent attempts require a fee of Rs. 250 per subject
