Admission Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience, OR

Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (PQHRM) or National Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Personnel Management, Sri Lanka (IPM) with 5 years of HR experience, OR

CEOs with 5 years of experience and a proven track record in management, OR

Other qualifications deemed acceptable by the Senate of OUSL.
