HNB SOLO Support Associate – Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring and activating individual customers for SOLO by HNB, the bank's digital wallet solution designed to support customers' payment requirements.

Educational Qualifications

• G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination with “C” passes in Mathematics and English.
• G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination with a minimum of three “S” passes.
• A full or part professional qualification in Marketing, either professional or academic, will be considered an added advantage.

Required Competencies

• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Experience in selling similar digital products will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, efficient and outgoing personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve relevant targets.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Ability to maintain business relationships with individuals and corporate customers.
• Ability to build healthy relationships and work closely with supporting units.
