Senior Tech Lead – Payment Card Systems Support

Educational Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Information Technology or a related field from a UGC recognised local or foreign university. A copy of the degree certificate should be submitted with the application.

Professional Qualifications

Professional certification in ITIL Foundation will be considered an added advantage.

Previous Work Experience

• A minimum of 05 years of hands-on experience in the Payment Card Industry or ATM switching software with transaction processing.
• A minimum of 02 years of proven experience with BASE24 applications, including Classic/EPS, and HP NonStop server platforms will be an added advantage.
• Project planning and management experience, including the ability to manage card-related projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of system and log analysis, system configuration and patching.
• Understanding of API technologies and HSM environments.
• Knowledge relating to personalisation systems and ATM, POS and e-commerce environments.
• Understanding of information security and PCI-DSS requirements.
• Knowledge of network, server and database management, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
• Business Analyst experience relating to relevant technology projects will be desirable.
• Good technical ability and capacity to learn new technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience facilitating requirement-gathering sessions.
• Ability to track and drive project deliverables through to completion.
• Experience in ATM hardware/software, transaction processing, reconciliation or hardware integration will be useful.

Technical Skills

Employment Category, Contract Period and Salary
