University of Moratuwa Management Assistant Vacancies 2026 – Store Keeping | Online Application

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the post of Management Assistant Grade III (Store-keeping) at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.

Candidates who satisfy the required G.C.E. Ordinary Level and Advanced Level qualifications may apply for this non-academic government university vacancy. Educational Qualifications

Applicants should have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination in six (06) subjects at one sitting with credit passes in:

• Sinhala Language / Tamil Language
• English Language / English Literature
• Mathematics

AND

Applicants should have passed all subjects at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination, except the Common General Paper, at one sitting.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following:

• An acceptable qualification in Computer Applications of not less than six (06) months duration obtained from a recognized institute.
• Two years of experience in the use of computer application packages.

Post-Specific Qualifications

In addition to the general qualifications mentioned above, applicants should possess:

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years

The applicant should be not less than 18 years and not more than 30 years of age as at the closing date of applications.

Other Eligibility Requirements

• Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
• Should satisfy the specified age requirement.
• Should be of good character.

Salary Scale

The salary will be paid in accordance with Management Services Circular No. 06/2025 and University Grants Commission Circular No. 02/2025(i).

In addition to the basic salary, the selected candidate/s will be entitled to the applicable cost-of-living allowance and other approved allowances.

Security Deposit

The selected candidate may be required to furnish a Security Deposit as determined by the University of Moratuwa.

Method of Selection

Selection will be made through a Written Examination carrying 75% of the marks followed by an Interview carrying 25% of the marks.
