Salary Scale
This salary scale will be applicable with effect from 01 January 2027.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the overall financial management of TRCSL.
- Undertake financial planning and supervise financial activities.
- Coordinate and participate in activities relating to financial control.
- Provide financial consultation and guidance to TRCSL management.
- Manage financial and organizational resource planning.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess one of the following qualification combinations:
- A first or second-class honours bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Financial Economics, together with at least 20 years of managerial-level experience, including seven years at senior managerial level.
- A first or second-class honours bachelor’s degree and corporate membership in a recognized professional institute in Accounting, Finance or Financial Economics, with at least 20 years of managerial experience, including seven years at senior managerial level.
- A bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Financial Economics, while serving as a Class I officer in an All-Island Service.
- A bachelor’s degree and corporate membership in a relevant professional institute, while serving as a Class I officer in an All-Island Service.
- Eligible internal applicants may also apply according to the qualifications and Deputy Director-level experience specified in the internal recruitment notice.
