01. Management Assistant – Technical (MA-2-1-2025)
Educational Qualifications
Candidates applying externally should have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination in six subjects with four credit passes, including:
- Sinhala or Tamil Language
- English Language
- Mathematics
These qualifications should have been obtained in one sitting.
Applicants should also have passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination in the Science Stream in the required subjects, excluding the Common General Test, as specified in the official vacancy advertisement.
Technical Skills / Proficiency
Applicants should have successfully completed a National Vocational Qualification of at least NVQ Level 5 recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC) and should possess the relevant certificate.
Salary Scale
Rs. 50,540 – 10×540 – 7×630 – 4×890 – 20×1,190 – Rs. 87,710
Government-approved allowances will also be paid according to the applicable regulations and Management Services Circular No. 01/2025.
02. Fitter (PL-2)
Educational Qualifications
Applicants should have passed at least two subjects at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination.
Technical Skills / Proficiency
Applicants should possess a relevant NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 qualification prescribed by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC), together with a proficiency certificate and a minimum of two years of training or experience in the relevant field.
03. Boilerman (PL-2)
Educational Qualifications
Applicants should have passed at least two subjects at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination.
Skills / Proficiency
Applicants should possess a relevant NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 qualification as prescribed by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC), together with a proficiency certificate and at least two years of training or experience in the relevant field.
Fitter & Boilerman Salary Scale
Rs. 42,300 – 10×490 – 10×540 – 10×590 – 12×630 – Rs. 66,060
Government-approved allowances will also be paid. The advertisement further states that under Management Services Circular No. 01/2025, the applicable initial basic salary is Rs. 40,008 per month.
General Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka.
- Applicants must possess the physical and mental fitness required to perform the duties of the post.
- Applicants should be of excellent moral character.
- Applicants should be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years.
- Night-shift duties may apply.
EPF & ETF Benefits
The employee will contribute 10% to the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF), while Sri Lanka Thriposha Limited will contribute 15%. The company will additionally contribute 3% to the Employees' Trust Fund (ETF).
