About the Internship

Sri Lanka Telecom PLC invites applications for the Contact Centre Internship 2026. This internship offers valuable exposure to a dynamic and technology-driven call center environment. Selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in professional customer service operations while building strong communication and technical skills.

Eligibility Requirements

G.C.E (O/L) with 06 passes including 03 credits in Sinhala / Tamil / English and Mathematics (not more than two sittings)
London O/L with 06 passes including 03 credits including Mathematics & English (one sitting)
03 passes in G.C.E (A/L) or London (A/L) in one sitting
Strong computer literacy is mandatory
Excellent verbal communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil & English (Minimum 02 languages required)
Age below 30 years
