🎓 Educational Qualifications

✔️ Degree from a recognized local university
✔️ OR foreign university recognized by UGC
✔️ OR university established under Act of Parliament
✔️ OR degree recognized under Universities Act No. 16 of 1978 (Section 25A)

💼 Experience Requirements

✔️ Permanent appointment in public/provincial public service
✔️ Minimum 05 years active service
✔️ Salary Code: MN-1-2025 or above OR SL-1-2025
✔️ Satisfactory service record
