The Ministry of Public Administration has issued an official amendment to the Gazette Notification published under:

• ✔️ Experience requirement has been clarified
• ✔️ Applicants must possess 05 years of active and satisfactory service in a confirmed post
• ✔️ Service must be under MN-1-2025 salary scale or above OR SL-1-2025
• ✔️ Qualification date remains 17.04.2026
• ✔️ Closing date has been extended until 18 June 2026
• ✔️ Applicants who already submitted applications do not need to reapply

📝 Examination Structure

• ✔️ Comprehension Test – 100 Marks (2 Hours)
• ✔️ Case Study – 100 Marks (1 Hour)
• ✔️ Planning Subject Paper – 100 Marks (2 Hours)
• ✔️ Interview for Qualification Verification

⚠️ Candidates must obtain at least 40% marks for each paper.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• ✔️ Degree from a recognized Sri Lankan University
• ✔️ OR Degree from a foreign university recognized by UGC
• ✔️ OR Degree from an institution established under an Act of Parliament
• ✔️ OR Qualification recognized under Section 25A of the Universities Act No. 16 of 1978

💼 Experience Requirements

• ✔️ Must hold a permanent appointment in Public / Provincial Public Service
• ✔️ Minimum 05 years active service required
• ✔️ Service must be confirmed and satisfactory
• ✔️ Salary Scale: MN-1-2025 or higher OR SL-1-2025
• ✔️ Disciplinary record must be satisfactory
