1. Assistant Director / Deputy Director (Finance)

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting recognized by the University Grants Commission.
• At least one year of relevant experience in the subject area after graduation.

Main Job Function: Conduct financial management activities of the Commission.

Salary Scale:
MM 1-2-2025 – Rs. 94,170 – 10 × 2,480 – 15 × 3,450 – Rs. 170,720

2. Research Assistant

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Management or Marketing from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission.

Main Duties

• Recognizing inventions and inventors.
• Assisting with the promotion of inventions and coordination activities.
• Organizing and coordinating programmes and projects.
• Assisting in the development of new inventions.
• Coordinating with relevant organizations.
• Collecting and analysing information and data.
• Preparing reports.

Salary Scale:
MA 3-2025 – Rs. 53,940 – 10 × 800 – 11 × 1,190 – 10 × 1,320 – 5 × 1,350 – Rs. 94,980

3. Management Assistant – Non Technical

Educational Qualifications

G.C.E. Ordinary Level:

• Should have passed at least six subjects in one sitting.
• At least four Credit Passes.
• Credit requirements include Sinhala/Tamil, Mathematics and English as stated in the vacancy notice.

G.C.E. Advanced Level:

• Should have passed at least three subjects other than the General Test.

Main Job Function: Assist and facilitate clerical and account-related support activities for the executive and management staff of the Commission.

Salary Scale:
MA 1-1-2025 – Rs. 46,220 – 10 × 540 – 7 × 630 – 4 × 890 – 20 × 1,190 – Rs. 83,390
