Job Description

Temporary Research Assistant

Department of Basic Sciences | Faculty of Nursing

University of Colombo

A Temporary Research Assistant position is available for immediate recruitment at the Department of Basic Sciences, Faculty of Nursing. This is a 6-month contract role designed for high-caliber graduates in the healthcare and science fields.

Requirements

  • BSc (Hons) in Nursing or Biomedical Science.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and high proficiency in IT.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in conducting laboratory research is essential.

Duration: 6 Months (Immediate Recruitment)

Deadline: On or before 20th January 2026
