Building Overseer (Supervisory Management Assistant – Technical Services)

Applications are invited from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the post of Building Overseer under the Technical Services Division of the Department of the Registrar of Companies through an Open Competitive Examination – 2026.

š Exam Location: Colombo
š£ Medium: Sinhala / Tamil / English
š Qualifications
- G.C.E. (O/L) – 6 subjects with credits including Sinhala/Tamil/English, Maths & Science
- G.C.E. (A/L) – Technology Stream (3 subjects)
- Technical Qualification such as NDT / OUSL Diploma / NVQ Level 6 or equivalent
- Good character & physically/mentally fit
šÆ Age Limit
21 – 30 years (Born between 1996.05.18 – 2005.05.18)
š° Salary Scale
Rs. 52,250 – 100,040 (MN 3 Salary Scale)
šµ Exam Fee
Rs. 600.00 (Online Payment Only)
š Exam Structure
- Intelligence Test – 1 Hour (100 Marks)
- Technical Subject Test – 3 Hours (100 Marks)
- Minimum 40% required for each paper

- Construction & Maintenance
- Water Supply & Drainage
- Electrical Systems
- Generators, Lifts & Air Conditioning
