Qualifications
- A degree from a recognized university with a postgraduate qualification or postgraduate diploma in a relevant field; or
- A full professional qualification in banking.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 08 years of experience in banking at Senior Management level.
- Strong competencies in development banking, credit risk management, development credit, credit evaluation and approval processes.
- Knowledge and experience in recovery, deposit growth, advertising, business promotion and branch operations.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.

2. Chief Manager – Information System Audit

Key Requirements
- A degree from a recognized university in IT or a related field with a minimum of 07 years' experience, including 03 years at supervisory level in Information Systems auditing, preferably in a banking environment;
- OR a postgraduate degree/qualification from a recognized university in IT or a related field with a minimum of 05 years' experience, including 02 years at supervisory level in Information Systems auditing, preferably in banking.
- Professional certification in CISA / CISM is essential; CCNA is optional.
- Experience in scripting languages would be advantageous.
- Good written and oral communication, presentation and IT skills.
- Strong knowledge of IT operational processes, information systems and information security controls.
- Good management and collaboration skills.
