📚 Required Qualifications
- Be an Attorney-at-Law preferably with LLB Degree
- Possess Notarial License in Sinhala & English languages
- Possess Company Secretarial License
- Minimum 02 years experience in Legal / Board Secretariat field
- Experience in banking or financial institutions is an added qualification
- Strong knowledge in corporate governance & legal documentation
- Computer literacy is essential
- Excellent English proficiency
- Age should be below 35 years
