📚 Required Qualifications

Be an Attorney-at-Law preferably with LLB Degree
Possess Notarial License in Sinhala & English languages
Possess Company Secretarial License
Minimum 02 years experience in Legal / Board Secretariat field
Experience in banking or financial institutions is an added qualification
Strong knowledge in corporate governance & legal documentation
Computer literacy is essential
Excellent English proficiency
Age should be below 35 years
