Nationality
Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
Educational Qualifications
- First Class / Second Upper Degree or GPA ≥ 3.5 in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT, Engineering, Law, Agriculture, or related fields
- OR Degree + Postgraduate qualification (Master’s or higher)
- OR Degree + Diploma in Banking & Finance (IBSL) / Diploma in Banking (CIB – UK)
- OR Degree + full professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, CMA, ICAEW, CIM)
Age Limit
Not less than 18 years and below 28 years as at 03.03.2026.
(Born between 04.03.1998 and 03.03.2008)
Selection Process
- Written Examination (Colombo)
- Interview for shortlisted candidates
Paper 1: English Language
Paper 2: Analytical Skills / IQ / Psychometric Test (Sinhala / English / Tamil)
Training & Salary
Two-year training contract.
Monthly Allowance: Rs. 100,000
After successful completion, appointment as Assistant Manager.
