Vacancy Details
- Position: Director General – HM 2-3
- Organization: National Engineering Research & Development Centre (NERDC)
- Ministry: Ministry of Science and Technology
- Experience: 20 years experience after first degree
- Senior Management Experience: Minimum 10 years
- Age Limit: 30 – 50 years
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (4 years) with First or Second Class Upper Division from a UGC recognized university.
- Corporate Membership (Chartered) of a recognized professional body such as the Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka.
- OR Master’s Degree in Engineering.
- Five years post charter experience required.
Salary Scale
HM 2-3 – 2025: Rs. 173,000 – 231,200
Additional allowances include professional allowance, communication allowance, cost of living allowance, EPF/ETF contributions, transport allowance or official vehicle, and medical reimbursements according to government regulations.
