Qualifications & Salary Details
01. Director – Legal – 01 Post
Qualifications: Attorney-at-Law with a postgraduate degree in Law, Human Rights, Women’s Rights, Gender Studies, Sociology, Public Policy or another relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission, together with at least 13 years of relevant legal/senior legal or managerial experience.
Salary Scale: HM 1-1-2025 – Rs. 140,640 – 15 × 4,100 – Rs. 202,140
Age: 35–55 years.
02. Assistant Director – Legal – 01 Post
Qualifications: Should have taken oaths as an Attorney-at-Law at the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and have a minimum of three years' post-qualifying experience in the relevant field.
Salary Scale: MM 1-1-2025 – Rs. 91,690 – 10 × 2,480 – 15 × 3,450 – Rs. 168,240
Age: 22–45 years.
03. Assistant Director – Administration – 01 Post
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Public Management or another relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission, with a minimum of one year post-qualifying experience in a relevant field.
Salary Scale: MM 1-1-2025 – Rs. 91,690 – 10 × 2,480 – 15 × 3,450 – Rs. 168,240
Age: 22–45 years.
04. Assistant Director – Finance – 01 Post
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce or another relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission with at least one year relevant post-qualifying experience; or the Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional Chartered Institute with relevant experience as specified in the advertisement.

05. Assistant Director – Research & Development – 01 Post
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Statistics or another relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission, plus at least one year relevant post-qualifying experience.

06. Internal Auditor – 01 Post
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce or another relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission with at least one year relevant experience; or the relevant Intermediate Examination of a recognized Chartered Institute together with the required experience.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Public Management or another field relevant to the post recognized by the University Grants Commission.

08. Development Officer – 04 Posts
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accountancy, Finance, Management, Commerce, Law, Sociology or another field relevant to the post recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Salary Scale: MA 4-2025 – Rs. 64,320 – 10 × 1,360 – 15 × 1,670 – 5 × 2,040 – Rs. 113,170

09. Management Assistant – Non-Technological – 04 Posts
Qualifications: Passed G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in six subjects in one sitting with credit passes for four subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, English Language and Mathematics, and passed three subjects at G.C.E. (A/L), excluding the General Paper.
Salary Scale: MA 1-1-2025 – Rs. 46,220 – 10 × 540 – 7 × 630 – 4 × 890 – 20 × 1,190 – Rs. 83,390
Age: 18–45 years.
10. Driver – 02 Posts
Qualifications: Passed six subjects at G.C.E. (O/L) with at least two credit passes and possess the relevant driving licence issued by the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic, together with a minimum of three years' driving experience after obtaining the licence.
Salary Scale: PL 3-2025 – Rs. 43,280 – 10 × 490 – 10 × 540 – 10 × 590 – 12 × 630 – Rs. 67,040
Age: 18–45 years.
11. Office Assistant – 02 Posts
Qualifications: Having sat for the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination.
Salary Scale: PL 1-2025 – Rs. 40,500 – 10 × 450 – 10 × 490 – 7 × 540 – 15 × 590 – Rs. 62,530
Age: 18–45 years.
