MILCO (Private) Limited, affiliated with the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Land & Irrigation, has invited applications from qualified graduates for the position of Management Trainee – Marketing & Sales. MILCO is a leading dairy company in Sri Lanka operating under the famous Highland brand with milk processing factories located in Colombo, Digana, Ambewela and Polonnaruwa.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing Management from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Sri Lanka.
• Computer literacy is considered a required qualification.

✅ Other Requirements

• Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
• Should be physically and mentally fit to discharge duties.
• Should be willing to serve in any part of Sri Lanka.
• Must possess excellent moral character.
• Age should be below 35 years.

💰 Salary & Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a monthly allowance of Rs. 60,000/- during the training period.
