📌 Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the bank's digital banking strategy.
- Manage digital banking platforms and electronic channel services.
- Improve customer digital experience.
- Develop and maintain digital banking products.
- Ensure secure, reliable and user-friendly banking systems.
- Monitor digital banking performance using analytics.
- Ensure 24x7 availability of critical banking systems.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations.
- Lead and manage the digital banking team.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Project Management qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years experience in software development projects.
- Minimum 2 years experience managing digital banking platforms.
- Knowledge of banking technology infrastructure.
- Experience with Core Banking System integration.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Understanding of Cyber Security standards.
- Strong communication skills.

35 – 45 Years (as at the application closing date)
