Fuel Pass QR Code Registration 2026
Sri Lanka – Active System Update
The Fuel Pass QR Code system has been reintroduced for fuel distribution across Sri Lanka. From March 15, 2026 at 6.00 AM, all vehicle owners must register and obtain a valid QR code before getting fuel from filling stations.

Fuel will not be provided without a valid QR code.
How To Register
- Visit the official Fuel Pass website
- Select Register option
- Enter NIC or Passport number with mobile number
- Verify OTP code
- Enter vehicle details correctly
- Download your QR code
Weekly Fuel Limits
