The company operates one of the most modern ice cream manufacturing facilities in South Asia and is looking for qualified and motivated candidates to join its team.

• Executive Finance
• Production Executive

💼 Executive Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor and supplier payment management.
• Finance department correspondence and supplier query handling.
• Journal entries, cash management and bank reconciliations.
• Preparation of balance sheet schedules.
• Fixed asset management and capital expenditure reporting.
• Treasury information management and statutory payment schedules.
• Year-end audit coordination and compliance reporting.
• VAT, WHT, SSCL, PAYE and other tax submissions.
• Inventory management and stock variance reporting.
• SAP HANA tax automation support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Part qualified in ICASL, ACCA or CIMA.
• Graduate in Finance.
• 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG company.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Treasury Management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

🏭 Production Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Production planning and weekly scheduling.
• Monitoring production parameters and quality standards.
• Material reconciliation and inventory management.
• Production floor supervision and workforce management.
• Maintenance coordination and machinery performance monitoring.
• Implementation of QMS, FSMS and SHE standards.
• Shift scheduling, leave management and labor cost control.
• Process control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
