1. Chief Information Technology Officer

Service Category: Executive Service Sector E.2 – Grade III

Qualifications:

• A postgraduate degree in Computer Science with approximately 02 years of experience in an executive-level position in the relevant field at a recognized institution; OR
• A degree in Computer Science with approximately 04 years of experience in an executive-level position in the relevant field at a recognized institution.

2. Chief Internal Auditor

Service Category: Executive Service Sector E.2 – Grade III

Applicants may qualify through one of the educational and professional qualification pathways mentioned in the official advertisement, including qualifications in:

• Accounting
• Business Management
• Commerce
• Relevant professional accounting qualifications
• Recognized diploma-level accounting or commerce qualifications with required experience

Professional pathways indicated in the notice include relevant stages of professional bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), together with the required professional experience.

3. Manager

Service Category: Executive Service Sector E.3.1 – Grade III

Applicants may qualify through several pathways specified in the vacancy advertisement.

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Banking or Commerce from a recognized university with the required executive-level experience.
• G.C.E. Advanced Level together with a recognized diploma of at least one year in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Banking or another specified field, plus the required experience.
• Relevant degree qualifications together with the required Staff Officer experience in the recruiting co-operative society/association.
• G.C.E. Advanced Level plus an acceptable diploma and the required managerial or executive-level experience.

5. Administrative Officer

Service Category: Executive Service Sector E.3.2 – Grade III

• Degree in Human Resource Management or Administration from a recognized university with approximately 03 years of experience in a managerial-level position in Human Resource Management or Institutional Administration; OR
• G.C.E. Advanced Level with a diploma of at least one year in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution and approximately 05 years of relevant managerial-level experience; OR
• One of the required educational/professional qualifications with approximately 10 years of experience in a Staff Grade position in the recruiting co-operative society/association; OR
• Relevant qualifications together with approximately 15 years of experience in specified operational/management service positions, subject to the conditions in the official advertisement.

6. Information Technology Officer

Service Category: Executive Service Sector E.3.2 – Grade III

• Degree in Information Technology from a recognized university with approximately 02 years of experience in an executive-level position in the Information Technology field; OR
• G.C.E. Advanced Level with a diploma of at least one year in Information Technology from a government-recognized institution and approximately 05 years of experience in the Information Technology field.

7. Assistant Manager

Service Category: Executive Service Sector E.3.2 – Grade III

Accepted qualification routes include:

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Financial Management, Accounting, Banking or Commerce from a recognized university with approximately 02 years of experience in a managerial-level position in the relevant field; OR
• G.C.E. Advanced Level together with a diploma of at least one year in Business Administration, Business Management, Financial Management, Accounting, Banking or Commerce from a recognized institution, with approximately 05 years of relevant managerial-level experience; OR
• One of the relevant educational/professional qualifications together with approximately 10 years of Staff Service experience in the relevant field within the recruiting co-operative society/association; OR
• One of the relevant educational/professional qualifications together with approximately 15 years of experience in an Operational Service category position in the relevant field within the recruiting society/association.

8. Assistant Accountant

Service Category: Executive Service Sector E.3.2 – Grade III

Applicants may qualify under one of the following routes:

• Degree in Commerce, Financial Management or Accounting from a recognized university with approximately 02 years of experience in an executive-level accounting position; OR
• A 04-year Diploma Course in Accounting from Sri Lanka Technical College or an Institute of Advanced Technological Education with approximately 02 years of executive-level experience in accounting or commerce; OR
• Passing Stage 2 of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka or an applicable stage of CIMA, together with approximately 02 years of executive-level experience in accounting; OR
• Passing Stage 3 of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) together with approximately 05 years of executive-level accounting experience; OR
• One of the specified educational/professional qualifications together with approximately 10 years of Staff Grade experience in the recruiting co-operative society/association.
